Anna giggled with memory, and said: “I just burst out laughing, I was so embarrassed, and I had the salad in my mouth, so I spat out the salad on him!

However, provided that someone went over the mark, then perhaps this could have been Leno once more withhis perhaps ugliest punchline of all:

The paper, today, said she was never allowed to hear the last words of her husband. That thing over his face, I suppose was a pillow.”

Back in the 90s, these jokes can have caused laughs, but some people might say that it was a bad joke. Repeating, especially given the sad finish of Anna Nicole Smith life itself, who overdosed on drugs accidentally in February 2007, only months after losing her 20-years old son Daniel in strangely similar conditions.
