In a touching post, Taylor Swift announces her engagement to Travis Kelce.

Earlier today (August 26), the couple shared the news in a joint carousel post on Instagram.

Yes, a gorgeous diamond ring has been given to the couple to remember their brief relationship after about two years of dating.

The 36-year-old singer of “White Horse” shared the wonderful news with her 280 million followers on Instagram earlier this afternoon (August 26) along with a cute photo dump from the proposal.

Travis’s seven million followers also saw the combined post.

The five carousel pictures showed the pair in love holding hands while surrounded by flowers and trees.

The Grammy winner held Travis’ face while he held her waist in the second picture, while the NFL player got down on one knee and gave Taylor the ring in the first.

The third was a close-up of the glittering ring, which was created by Artifex Fine Jewelry’s Kindred Lubeck and has a brilliant-cut diamond from an old mine set in a gold bezel.

Taylor was ecstatic as she gave her new fiancé a hug and a kiss, and the two of them posed for the last two pictures to commemorate their significant occasion.

The two captioned the photo, saying, “Your gym teacher and your English teacher are getting married.”

They used the dynamite emoji to finish the caption.

Even while we don’t know much more about the proposal or when the wedding planning will start, it’s obvious that Swifties everywhere quickly learned of the news and took to social media to express their happiness.
