In pictures that have gone viral online, the former president and first wife were seen departing the Hamptons. Critics have focused on her attire, his ailing demeanor, and a suspicious-looking medical bag.
In what should have been a peaceful, uneventful trip, Bill Clinton was seen on August 30, 2025, leaving a small airport with his ever-present wife, Hillary Clinton, looking significantly frail.
Rather, everyone’s attention was focused on an enigmatic piece of equipment by their side, which led to frantic conjecture regarding Bill’s condition.
Wearing a tan hat and blue jacket, Bill required obvious help getting out of a waiting car. As cameras recorded, Hillary, wearing a blue two-piece dress that was partially obscured by a black sweater, maintained a tight eye on things.

One spectator said, “Wow, Bill looks frail,” while another repeated, “Bill is looking somewhat frail.” Another commenter responded to that statement by saying, “He has a constant tremor. 😢.”
One participant said, echoing those concerns, “Bill is not in good health at all….” A kinder opinion was expressed by another, who said, “Bill appears to be a little worn out. I hope he stays healthy.
Others adopted a more upbeat attitude in spite of these reservations, arguing that the couple is only displaying the normal aging symptoms.
