Ginsburg showed her what to anticipate after surgery using 4D morphing software. Aiken was happy with the arrangement and discreetly arranged her surgery, only informing her family one week in advance. It was about protecting oneself, not about keeping secrets.

Changing the Course of Marriage
Aiken’s divorce from her seven-year husband was formalized in December, one month after her operation. Despite years of private separation, the recuperation period allowed her to take stock and formally end that phase of her life.
“We got married very prematurely and young, while not fully understanding the concept or commitment … We knew we were not a match,” she stated. She called it the beginning of something fresh when she uploaded a video shortly after that showing her exploring her new flat.
Later, Aiken acknowledged that she had begun dating and said the experience had been positive thus far. On TikTok, she occasionally posts tidbits about her romantic life with the hashtag “LifeAfterDivorce.”
She revealed that she is thrilled about the potential direction of their new relationship and looks forward to their time together.
Addressing the Allegations Made by the New York Post
The New York Post reported in April 2025 that Aiken’s marriage disintegrated as a result of her rhinoplasty. The report said that she left her spouse because of her cosmetic makeover, a claim that Aiken later refuted in a TikTok video.
“We’ve been separated for years, we were living separately [sic], I got my nose job, and basically we sold our marital home,” she said, directly addressing the date.
She claimed that the recuperation period allowed her to come to terms with the fact that she already knew it was time to formally end that chapter. “I was turning 30, and I just was home recovering on the couch, in my bed, and realized I need to finally move on with this part of my life,” she said.

Additionally, she added, “I finally did confirm it because I didn’t think it was fair that I needed to hide this and keep this part of my life a secret.” She described her decision to keep the split private until she felt comfortable discussing it in public.
