Husband Files for Divorce When His Wife Gets Pregnant for the Fifth Time

After his wife became pregnant for the fifth time, a guy who was filled with selfishness filed for divorce. In spite of the fact that he did not want to confront his obligations as a parent, he lived to regret his decision.

Todd was a businessman who resided in a self-centered manner. Despite the fact that he did not care about how he treated other people, even his own wife Linda, he was under the impression that the world revolved around him.

She was completely unaware of how self-centered he could be until they began to accept children into their home. Despite the fact that Todd had made it clear that he wanted to have sons, Linda had not paid attention to this fact since she believed that every man always want to have sons.

Although she was overjoyed when she found out she was pregnant for the first time, her husband was a little more reserved in his expression of happiness. She came to the conclusion that it was probably him coming to terms with his impending role as a father, so she chose not to worry too much about it.

After some time had passed, and they found out that the children would be twins, Todd became even more reticent. Linda was concerned about the behaviour, but she remained silent.

The fact that the twins were females was disclosed to Linda by the physician a few months before the scheduled delivery date. Despite the fact that the news did not lessen her excitement, Todd’s happiness was not diminished in any way. He was quite dissatisfied with it.

When he found out that his unborn children were male, he screamed out, “I wanted a male child!” There are not just one but two women?! There is no way that this could be my lot!

“A child is a child regardless of its sex,” Linda said Todd, but this did not satisfy Todd’s desire to be reassured.

The delivery of the girls was not something that Todd was present for when they were born. He did not leave his house and pretended as if he did not care about anything in the world. Nobody was aware of the fact that he was self-centered enough to be unwilling to take on the obligations that come with becoming a father.

Todd remained at a distance from his wife and their children because he believed that they were all infected with the plague when they finally went home. He was so adamant about not even allowing Linda to hold his children that he forced her to place them in their nursery.

The manner in which he behaved appalled his wife, and after she had made a number of attempts to get him to even look at the children, she eventually gave up. The primary responsibility that she was responsible for was taking care of the children, but she also had to satisfy her obligations as a wife, which made it difficult for her to do so.

Linda spent the entire time pondering the factors that could have contributed to Todd’s behaviour, but she was unable to come up with any explanations. After a number of years had passed, Todd continued to refuse to interact with his children in the manner of a parent.

His only contribution to their upbringing was financial support, which he used to provide for their clothing and food. He kept them at a distance. When Linda found out that she was pregnant once more, she contemplated her decision before telling Todd the news.

As soon as she did, he had no interest in attending. It was then that he inquired, “You’re pregnant?” “Again?”

“Why do you speak like you’re not aware of what making love leads to?” Infuriated, she fired back at him.

He informed her, “Well, I don’t care,” and she agreed. “All you ever do is make female kids when I want to have males.”

“But the doctor says only male genes decide if a child will be male or female, why are you blaming me?” He was unable to provide an answer.

Following that fight, Todd began to treat Linda in an even more unfavourable manner. He became even more insane after she informed him that she was pregnant twin girls when she told him about it.

He would refuse to go home for days at a time, and whenever he did go home, he turned his back on his children, which was very frustrating for their mother. There was no way for him to convey to her that he was more apprehensive about becoming a father than he was about their sexual encounters.

To him, becoming a parent meant giving up many things in his life, and he just did not have any desire in doing such a thing. As a result, he continued to use the fact that they were girls as a way to cover it up.

As soon as Linda delivered birth, he was confronted with feelings of both terror and remorse. It was impossible for him to confront her, and he even entertained the idea of filing for divorce; hence, he became enraged anytime she and the children were in his line of sight. After some time, he relocated her belongings to the nursery and forbade her from sleeping in the bed that they shared as a married couple.

It was brought to Linda’s attention that there was no bed available for her to sleep in, but Todd was really caring. After much persuasion, he had come to the conclusion that Linda was the one who was responsible for the birth of children in the first place.

As a result of the fact that she was so upset with the way her husband was behaving, Linda would frequently break down in tears. It was necessary for her to take care of all four daughters on her alone while Todd was able to live his life and do the things that he enjoyed.

In order to keep the sounds of the children’s screams from reaching him, he made certain that she kept the children out of his sight and soundproofed the walls of the nursery. Due to this, Linda was virtually the only person responsible for taking care of all four children.

She was under a lot of stress, but the fact that she had children made it all worthwhile. They were all in good health and looked stunning. Because Linda was a child who was raised without a sibling and had always longed for a sibling, she was thankful that her children would not have to deal with the same situation.

Linda persisted in carrying out her responsibilities as a wife and mother, despite the toll that it had on her body. After that, she made the startling discovery that she was pregnant once more.

The reason for her reluctance to notify Todd was that she had a valid reason. His anger erupted into a full-blown out wrath when she finally did. Regardless of the fact that she would not have been able to conceive the child without his enthusiastic cooperation.

When he had finished ranting at her, he went ahead and packed a tiny suitcase and made the decision to go on vacation. He believed that he needed some time to relax and enjoy himself after being responsible for paying the bills of his elder children.

A gentleman by the name of Steve paid a visit to his wife while he was away. It had been two years since he had left town after a car tragedy that had taken the lives of his wife and children. He had been their neighbour.

When Linda invited him in for lunch, he responded by saying, “I have come to pay my respects because I heard that you have become a mother.” That was his response.

“Thank you, Steve,” in response, she said. “I didn’t think you would want to come back here after….”

“I’ve been running for years Linda, but I’ve learned you can’t outrun yourself,” he expressed with sadness. “Enough about me, let me meet your angels.”

It was a day in which Steve spent a significant amount of time with Linda and her children. He played with the girls in the same way that he had done with his daughter when she was still alive. For the first time since the passing of his wife, he was experiencing genuine happiness.

He came back the following day, and that was the beginning of the pattern. At the beginning of that week, he paid a visit to Linda and her children on a daily basis. They had immediately developed a fondness for him because he was the first father figure they had ever had.

When Todd got back, he immediately picked up where he left off with Linda. He had reached his limit with the marriage, but at this point, all he wanted was for her to abort their unborn kid. He had had enough of the marriage. She was adamantly opposed to doing that, and their argument lasted until she finally gave in to the pressure and passed out.

It was fortunate that Steve was nearby, as he was able to transport her to a physician who provided medical care and advised her to get plenty of rest in order to save the baby. Despite the fact that Linda was quite upset since she was aware that Todd would not take care of the children, Steve once again stepped up and offered to take care of them while she rested.

During the weeks that followed, he showed concern for the children, which resulted in her developing a fondness for him. As soon as she was finally feeling better, she went up to Todd and expressed her discontent, but as was to be expected, everything she said was completely ignored.

After that, Todd filed for divorce the following week, and Rose gladly signed the papers, considering that she was already madly in love with Steve regardless of the situation. Nevertheless, it was on the condition that she would be permitted to continue living in the house that they shared as a married couple until she discovered a location that was more acceptable for her to reside. Therefore, Todd delineated the boundaries of the house in order to avoid coming into contact with her and the children.

As Steve continued to pay her visits in order to assist her in taking care of the children, he gradually began to develop feelings for her. Finally, he made the request that she move in with him one day, and she agreed to come with him.
After that, Linda became a mother to a son, much to Todd’s dismay, and by the following year, she had tied the knot with Steve. They continued to reside in close proximity to him, but he continued to be alone himself and watched his children call another man their father.

When he reached that realisation, he realised how self-centered he had been. It was something that ate away at him from the inside, and in the end, it was what drove him to have his own death.
