Bathroom Betrayal: Unveiling the Shocking Secrets of Infidelity

Wife Catches Husband Kissing Her Sister in Bathroom

When Diana sees her husband kissing her sister—her worst nightmare—she is already struggling with despair. She goes to Dr. Carrey, her therapist, for assistance. However, when Dr. Carrey discovers a disturbing information on Diana’s phone, what appeared to be a routine therapy session raises terrifying suspicions.

Upon returning home, Diana heard her sister and husband Hamilton laughing in the restroom. She caught a glimpse of them kissing in the image of the mirror when she peered in through the slightly ajar door.

She retreated as her thoughts whizzed by. Her entire body shivered. This isn’t possible to be happening!

“Hamilton! You two were kissing, I saw! Come outside now, you and Evie!” She let out a scream as she collected herself. Upon receiving no reply, she stormed into the toilet to see her spouse alone himself.

“Where is she now? Where’s Evie, she cried out.

Hamilton remarked, “Diana, she is not here.” “After seeing your therapist, this is what happens each and every time you get home. This must end! You ruined everything just as I was preparing to surprise you! Please quit torturing yourself and me in this way.”

Diana, though, didn’t buy it.

She looked through the entire bathroom and was shocked to see Evie was missing.

“Do you trust me now?” Hamilton enquired. “There’s no one here.”

Diana would not quit, though. She proceeded to the other rooms and looked around, but nobody was there. For an instant, Hamilton’s suggestion that Evie could be experiencing stress or hallucinations was accepted by her. However, they suddenly heard a splash coming from the restroom. Had Evie taken a hiding in the bubbly tub?

Diana hurried back to the restroom but was once more met with silence. “How?” she asked, perplexed. “I became aware of it… I detected the splash. There was a somebody present.”

Hamilton sighed as he stood in the doorway. “Honey, nobody is in here. Please! Unwind!”

Diana sagged her shoulders at what he said. Was she truly losing her mind?

“I apologize. I have no idea what has possessed me. I’ve just been really exhausted lately,” she said, feeling ashamed. “I was so sure I saw Evie here!”

Hamilton gave her consolation. “Alright, let’s move past this. It’s important for us to discuss what’s truly upsetting you. What then is it?”

Diana shook her head and moaned. She admitted, “I keep feeling like I’m losing my mind.” “I think I’m losing you to someone, maybe my own sister.”

Reassuring her that he solely loved her, Hamilton urged her to face her worries head-on. Diana, though, was unable to hear him out. Her thoughts turned to a baby, who was sobbing. She said, lost in contemplation, in a whisper, “I hear her crying.” “I can hear her crying, Hamilton.” Shutting her eyes, she did so. My little one!

“Diana! Diana!” Her thoughts were abruptly interrupted by Hamilton’s words. He said, “Hey, why don’t you take a bath?” “Look, you have to move on from that evening. I’ll fetch your preferred bath bomb and get your tub ready. Okay?”

Diana nodded, seeing his worry, but as she entered the restroom, doubts sprang to the surface once more. On the fogged shower door, she noticed her sister’s handwritten message, “Kiss me!”

Diana faced Hamilton, confused, but when they looked again, the message had vanished. Diana’s faith weakened despite Hamilton’s best efforts to tell her that he wasn’t cheating on her.

Diana talked about her anxieties with Dr. Carrey, her therapist, the following day. “I believe Hamilton may be having an extramarital affair with my sister, Evie. Her handwriting and perfume are clues; occasionally I can smell them when I arrive home.”

Nodding, Dr. Carrey took notes.

“Anything else on your mind that you’d like to discuss?” he inquired.

Diana’s eyes strayed, lost in a distant recollection. “I can’t stop hearing this sound. Like a weeping infant on the road in the rain. It’s uncomfortable. Continues to haunt me “Her voice faltered.

“A child? Are you taking your medication as prescribed?”

Diana gave a nod. Indeed, each and every day. Additionally, I’ve asked Evie to supper. I reasoned that seeing her and Hamilton together may help me understand things better.”

Concerned, Dr. Carrey’s eyebrows knitted together. Are you arranging to have supper with Evie? This evening?”

“Yes,” she responded. “This morning, I messaged her. “She’d come,” was her reply.

Could you please show me that text, Diana? The one you forwarded to your sibling?”

Diana gave Dr. Carrey her phone, and he read through the messages.

“What are you hoping to find out with this dinner?” inquired the man.

“I need to know if I’m imagining things or if there’s something between them,” answered Diana.

“These messages, you sent them to your sister?” Dr. Carrey asked.

“Yes,” Diana said. “Doctor, Hamilton and I have had twelve wonderful years together. Everything was well up until Evie moved to the city. I would have taken Hamilton somewhere far away if I had known that my own sister would attempt to abduct my spouse.”

He said, “It’s good to face these doubts.” “Now, about these strange sounds, you’ve mentioned—this baby crying—how often do they occur?”

Diana averted her gaze, lost in reflection. “I’m not sure actually. It happens sometimes, even when Hamilton is with me or when I’m alone.”

Dr. Carrey smiled consolingly as he leaned forward. “It’s critical to address these emotions and not allow them to fester. Alright, let’s sort this out together. There’s nothing to be concerned about. Just be careful not to overstress yourself.”

Diana nodded and got up to go, a hesitant grin playing across her lips. “I’m grateful, doctor. Already, I feel a little lighter. I have to go early so I can make dinner.”

Diana watched Hamilton and Evie engage over dinner and became uncomfortable. Hamilton made fun of Evie’s professional achievements and their potential collaboration. Diana sensed they were not laughing at all.

Their quiet flirtation and laughter only made her uneasy. Diana was done. She excused herself, shocking both Evie and Hamilton by coming back with a bottle of costly wine.

“Cheers to our familial bonds,” Diana exclaimed as she raised her glass.

Evie gave a hesitant smile. “Okay, Diana, but why such a formal toast?”

Diana gave a sorrowful smile. “It’s just that I’ve been thinking about how much you both mean to me, especially now, as I navigate through my… difficulties.”

Hamilton remarked, “That’s what family is for, darling.” “We’re always here to support you. He sipped the wine and said, “By the way, this has such a unique flavor.”

“Yes, it’s quite the blend,” Evie continued.

Diana laughed. “This wine… it’s like the deceit hidden under the guise of family love.”

The atmosphere grew tight as Hamilton and Evie shared a troubled gaze. “What do you mean?” Refilling his drink hesitantly, Hamilton inquired.

Did you really think I wouldn’t see? I witnessed everything, including her perfume, laughs, and covert communications.”

Evie suddenly started to cough. With shaking hands, she questioned, “Wait… wha-what did you do with the wine?”

“This combination is unique for the two of you. Merlot with a touch of vengeance. Maybe cyanide!” Diana casually disclosed.

Hamilton and Evie started to cough hysterically as soon as they realized what was happening. “Diana, this is madness!” Hamilton sobbed and followed Evie to the restroom.

Diana carried on eating, content with her retaliation. She muttered, “Justice is served,” her heart content and tears flowing freely.

Then, terrified by the seriousness of what she had done and the eerie sound of a baby screaming, Diana cried out, “Wait! How did I get here? Did I really kill them? “Did I murder my spouse and sibling?” she whispered. Diana was not herself when, in a desperate attempt to make sense of what had happened, she dialed 911 and then Dr. Carrey.

Dr. Carrey advised her to hold off on making any snap decisions and to wait for him. Diana was crying on the floor close to the restroom when he got there. Trying not to lose his cool, he asked, “Diana, what happened?”

“I… I poisoned Evie and Hamilton. I believed they had deceived me! I thought it was the proper course of action.” She pointed to their bodies on the bathroom floor as she started to cry.

“Diana, there’s no one here,” Dr. Carrey comforted her. Recall that you are a single person.”

Diana was perplexed. When she insisted she was with Hamilton and Evie, Dr. Carrey broke the bad news. Diana, you have spent the last two years by yourself. Your thoughts have been deceiving you.”

Diana was astounded by what he said. She said she was texting Evie, but Dr. Carrey made it clear that she was texting just herself. Gently, he brought up the terrible incident from two years ago that claimed the lives of Hamilton and Evie, and how she managed to survive but lost her unborn child. Diana had refused to let Hamilton drive their car as they were returning from a meal.

“I was unable to save them,” she muttered. “I just couldn’t…”

Dr. Carrey met her eyes directly. Diana, what transpired that evening was a terrible mishap. You weren’t at fault. You spared them death. You’ve been making up a world to help you deal with your sadness and guilt. However, it’s time to face reality.”

Diana’s misgivings started to disappear after hearing Dr. Carrey’s side of the story. Her mind used her hallucinations and the idea that her sister and husband had deceived her to get away from the hurt of their loss. Now she could see it.

Then, Dr. Carrey showed her her phone logs, which demonstrated that she had only called him and not 911. She sobbed at that time, feeling both relieved and saddened by the loss of her sister, husband, and kid.

As the realization dawned on her, she clung to Dr. Carrey and found comfort in his company. Now that her sister and husband were dead, it was time to let go of the imagined transgressions that had haunted her.

After a year,

Diana returned to the office of Dr. Carrey.

The weight that had been on her for so long felt notably lighter this time. There was a light of hope in her eyes now, instead of just despair.

“Diana,” Dr. Carrey began, grinning broadly, “it’s nice to see you again.” “How are you doing?”

Diana grinned back. “Dr. Carrey, I feel better now. I’ve been relearning how to live and pay tribute to them without feeling guilty.”

He asked, observing her intently to gauge her response, “So, how has your husband been?”

Three years have elapsed after Hamilton’s death. Along with him, I also lost my dear sister Evie.”

Dr. Carrey nodded, certain that Diana had actually overcome her past trauma. “Diana, you’ve done incredibly well,” he replied with sincerity. “I wish you all the best in your future endeavors.”

The nurse announced that Diana’s visit had ended just as they were wrapping up their talk when the office door opened.

Diana reassured Dr. Carrey, “I’ll stay in touch, no matter how far I go.” while gathering her belongings.

She saw a stranger carrying a baby in his arms as she left the office.

She gave him a friendly “hi,” her eyes glimmering with pleasure. “Could I hold the baby for a moment?”

Dr. Carrey’s office door was still open, and he was deep in thought over Diana’s most recent reports. But he froze in shock when he turned to the side.

Diana was by himself outside his office, holding what looked like an invisible baby in her arms.

Dr. Carrey felt a cold go down his spine. In actuality, the patient who he had assumed had recovered had not advanced much. “We still have a long way to go, Diana,” he said in a low voice. “A long way.”
