After welcoming her son and his spouse into her house, a bereaved mother finds herself without a place to live.

As a mother, Gina Manson consistently pledged to do whatever it took for her kids. Just as she never dreamed her kid would be the one to eject her, she also never imagined that she would do too much and wind up on the streets.

Her life revolved around her children, particularly after her spouse died at the age of 32. When Gina was left to raise her son and daughter by herself, she vowed to do whatever it took to provide them the greatest possible life.

Due to his meticulous nature, Gina’s husband left behind two insurance policies: one paid off the mortgage on their gorgeous home and the other guaranteed their children would have the best education possible.

She reared their children in that house with the help of her husband, and they lived there until they were married and moved out on their own. Gina began to ponder what she would do with the rest of her life because she felt lonely at the time.

Gina, who was about to turn sixty, could already feel her senior years approaching. After her children left to live on their own, she devoted herself to her garden and her family, relishing each Sunday meal and occasion.

In order to celebrate her 60th birthday with her family and grandchildren gathered around the table, Gina made the decision to plan a special supper. The nicest present anyone could offer her would be that.

Along with their spouses and Kath’s two daughters, her son Liam and daughter Kathleen arrived. Gina was ecstatic, and her joy was enhanced when Liam announced, “Mom, Debby, and I have a special announcement of our own: We’re having a baby!” during the toasts.

Gina was overjoyed! An additional child within the family! Would that her beloved John had survived to witness it! After what was undoubtedly one of Gina’s greatest evenings, Liam called the next day to ask if he might stop by.

Liam arrived late in the day and got straight to the point. “There’s something I want to ask you, Mom,” he said to Gina.

“You know I will do anything I can for you,” she retorted.

As you are aware, we are expecting a child, and our third-floor walk-up apartment is somewhat damp. And you’re by yourself in this large house.”

“Do you and Debby want to move in with me?” Gina inquired with enthusiasm, “Oh Liam, how wonderful that would be! You and Debby may have the top floor so you have privacy, and we can finish the nursery.”

With a hug that almost crushed Gina’s ribs, Liam put his arms around her. “Mom, you’re the best!” he exclaimed. “I love you so much!”

Thus, he and Debby moved into Gina’s home and terminated their lease on their apartment. It was great at first. Gina enjoyed the sensation of the old house reviving all around her, but problems began to arise after three weeks.

“You are a failure!” Debby cried, “We don’t even have a pot to pee in!” and Gina heard her cry.

“Come on, Deb,” Liam comforted her, “you know we’re getting our own place and I’ll be running the department in two years,” Gina heard him say.

“We are bringing a baby into this world, and you don’t even own your own home, you live off your mother’s charity!” It was Debby who stated, “She could throw us out at any time!”

“My mother would NEVER do that!” Liam started crying.

Gina shut her eyes. Though she couldn’t stand to watch her son in such dismay within her home, what choice did she have? Gina informed Liam that she had heard the dispute the following day and asked him for advice on how to calm Debby down.

“Mom, how about you sign the deed of the house over to me, just temporarily, so Debby can feel secure?” He recommended. Although Gina was apprehensive, she couldn’t bear to disappoint her boy. She could trust her kid after all, couldn’t she?

After Gina and Liam visited the notary, she gave her son ownership of the house. There was no fight that evening, and Liam and Debby got to talking about what color to paint the nursery. Gina realized at that moment that she had made the proper choice.

Next day, Gina experienced a major shock. When her son entered the kitchen, he appeared as pale as a ghost, so GIna had him settle in and quickly got him some tea. “Liam, what’s wrong, son?” Gina enquired.

“Look, mom, please don’t think I’m ungrateful, but right now, my wife and my child must come first,” he stated.

Gina was perplexed. “Of course Debby and the baby come first!”

“What I mean, mom is that you have to move out,” he replied.

“GET OUT? Liam, what do you mean? I live here.” Gina gave a gasp.

“It’s mine now, and my wife’s, and she doesn’t want you here,” replied Liam.

“I see.” Despite her heart shattering, Gina answered calmly, “You have what you want, so you don’t need me anymore.” Liam merely inclined his head. He didn’t speak to his mother again.

After packing her bags upstairs, Gina made an Uber call. Gina was too embarrassed to tell her daughter Kathleen what had happened, and she had no idea what to do or where to go.

Gina stayed in a motel downtown that night and sobbed herself to sleep. She summoned her courage and called her daughter the following morning. After Gina gave her full explanation, Katheleen became enraged at both Liam and her mother for being so gullible.

Gina was informed by Katheleen’s lawyer husband that he was powerless to help. Everything was lawful. Gina had no choice but to accept Kath and her grandkids as her hosts.

Two weeks later, in the middle of the night, Gina was to have yet another shock when her son Liam turned up. After sobbing and sulking, he eventually composed himself enough to tell Kath and Gina the entire tale.

Debby didn’t seem to be pregnant at all. Before she filed for divorce, she wanted to make sure Liam had some assets in his name, which is why she was having an affair and telling the baby lie.

Fortunately, Kathleen’s husband volunteered to represent Liam, and he convinced Debby to renounce her claims to the house or face arrest for fraud. In addition, he insisted that Liam retitle the house to Gina.

Gina returned to living alone in her home, and Liam began seeing a different female, who appears to be a pleasant and distinct individual from Debby. However, Gina vowed that no one would ever again live in her home!
