Cruel Lessons: A Student’s Secret Recordings Expose a Heartless Teacher
‘Heartless’ Teacher Mocked Student Day by Day, Boy Had Enough and Secretly Recorded Every Insult
A high school student chose to brutally knock down his math instructor after she made continuous offensive remarks to him in class.
A terrible teacher is the single biggest factor in making high school an awful experience. Most of us have experienced that one class that we were afraid to attend just because we knew they would be there. This ex-pupil was not an anomaly.

Redditor Johnny_Provolone spent nearly half of his academic year subjected to relentless criticism and taunting from his algebra teacher. But after 15 years, he made the decision to stop it one day and posted his amazing tale on Reddit’s “ProRevenge” subreddit.
At the time of everything, the Original Poster (OP) was eighteen. According to the senior high school student, he was never the “brightest” pupil. OP, however, never received a detention and kept a spotless academic record. Even so, he was not immune to the cynical attitude of one specific teacher, especially when he tried to raise inquiries about the courses.

The pupil didn’t understand why he was treated differently by his teacher, whom he liked to refer to as “Mrs. Frank.” One of the administrators’ favorite children was Mrs. Frank. Talking her down would therefore require enduring a plethora of grins and sullen expressions from others who stood with her.

Algebra was a difficult topic for OP to understand and was also one of his poorest courses. Even the most basic problems, which others thought had answers, were “rocket science” in his opinion.
The actual issue arose each time OP interrupted Mrs. Frank to address certain uncertainties regarding the instruction. To his astonishment, the instructor continuously made fun of him in front of the class. She would taunt OP, saying, “And here comes the slow boy, again!” Mrs. Frank would frequently say the following:
“Really? We must move more slowly than usual for you today, don’t we?
While the boy remained composed, Mrs. Frank did have her moments, much like each horror story culminates in a shocking revelation. OP eventually decided she had had enough and went to the staff room. But the administrators of the school usually brush it off with a hazy check on Mrs. Frank’s classroom behavior.
She would occasionally get away with acting like the best student in front of the administrator, just to revert to her typical caustic demeanor when they weren’t watching over her.

He saw the staff members’ wide eyes as the tapes were played.
OP had a horrible teacher he could never look up to for almost half of his academic year, so he made the decision to handle things himself. He went to the well-known electronics retailer RadioShack in his area and purchased a recorder.
From that point on, during Mrs. Frank’s lesson, OP was solely focused on one task: discreetly recording her insults. To make up for lost time and get at her when the time was perfect, he would even agitate her. For the remainder of the year, this continued.

When OP went to Mrs. Frank’s class one day, he again interrupted her to ask a quick question on the material. “That was the single dumbest question I’ve ever heard come from anyone’s mouth,” Mrs. Frank claimed, declining to respond. She had been a teacher here for more than ten years.

After hearing her response, OP lost all sense of reason and quickly got up, packed his belongings, and hurried to the nurse’s office. He planned to drop out of school because he was eighteen, which was acceptable. Upon his return home, he assembled all of the cassettes that had been captured into what he called “one glorious masterpiece.”
The following day, OP returned to school to present the administration. He started by showing the principal a few tapes, after which she insisted on seeing additional witnesses.

The principal’s office was visited by Mrs. Frank, the vice-principal, the board of directors, and even a local police officer the next day. When OP was summoned to the office, he had never felt more anxious.
The next few minutes were among the most dramatic of the student’s life. He saw the staff members’ wide eyes as the tapes were played. Next was Mrs. Frank, who became mute upon learning she had successfully sealed her own death.

OP felt a surge of joy after witnessing his impolite instructor humiliate herself in front of the district’s most important educators. “I believe we have covered all the necessary ground, thank you,” the principal said to OP before motioning for him to exit the room. But Mrs. Frank was not yet over the worst blow of her professional life.
It was the first time OP had ever seen her with her teary eyes as she left the room. He gave her more than she had asked for and grinned wickedly at her for it.

When he recounted the incident online some fifteen years later, a number of individuals responded to his account in a most amazing way. Some were even curious as to what became of Mrs. Frank.
“It was so lovely…Was she hated by everyone at the school, I wonder? And what happened to her, do you know?” a user enquired.
“Yes, it was well known that attending her class would not be pleasant.”I was only in school for around another month because this happened at the end of my final year,” OP recalled.
I haven’t heard anything since, and this was more than 15 years ago, before all of this social media stuff.
Others questioned whether OP went back to school and resumed taking mathematics following that day. When he unexpectedly went back to school the following day, Mrs. Frank was not there.
She lost her employment, and the damage to her reputation prevented her from getting hired as a teacher in the district. She lost most of her connections in the teaching community, suffered financial collapse, and vanished from public memory.
Regarding the cassettes, OP stated: “I have since lost the tapes. Keeping them on board was in the administration’s best interest in case she filed a bogus termination lawsuit. “Yeah, I did take mathematics in my senior year.and I had tutoring for every year I was in school,” he said.
Given that the student had illegally recorded the teacher without her consent, some people questioned why the teacher had not filed a lawsuit against the institution. The youngster, according to several comments, displayed “great presence of mind” for an 18-year-old.
Others backed his decision to film her remarks, saying that it was the teacher’s fault, not the student’s, that her career ended. One Reddit member said, “Never interrupt your enemy when they are making a mistake.”
Some used this to warn people to always be kind because, as they did for Mrs. Frank, their cruel remarks could come back to haunt them.
