Specifically, she disclosed that the two had been dating for approximately three months, and when she became aware that he was having difficulties paying his rent and was unwilling to return to his parents’ house, she proposed that he move in with her.

On the other hand, she did not bring up the fact that she was the owner of the property. She did not request that he pay the rent; rather, they simply divided the costs of the groceries among themselves.

While the first floor of the house that her father had given to her was rented out to other people, the two of them resided on the second level of the house.

On a particular day, the renter who lived downstairs started looking for the woman in order to inform her that the refrigerator was not functioning properly. After stating that she would go check it out, she promised that she would get it fixed. She stated that she would get a new one in the event that this didn’t work out.

After listening to this exchange, the woman’s boyfriend simply stood there, perplexed by what he was hearing. He inquired as to the reason behind her offer to either repair someone’s refrigerator or maybe purchase a new one. It was at that moment that she revealed to him that she was the owner of the property and that the individuals who were searching for her due to the problem with the refrigerator were the renters.

When he reached that point, the boyfriend became quite enraged and began yelling at her. He asked that she give him fifty percent of the rent money that she was receiving and referred to her as a wicked person for not informing him that she was the owner of the property.

It was an absurd request that was made. When she informed him that he was entitled to a share of her rent, he became even more enraged at her. The woman had not believed that he was entitled to a percentage of her rent.

As time went on, the boyfriend began to behave in an odd manner, which ultimately led her to make the decision to leave their relationship. On the other hand, he struggled to come to terms with the truth.
