Greenland Responds to Trump’s Land Purchase Idea with a Bold Statement
Greenland hits back at Trump’s desire to acquire the land with savage 10-word response
The ‘wonderful people’ of Greenland received a message from Donald Trump that was bewildering during his speech before the United States Congress.
The territory of Greenland has responded to Donald Trump’s assertions that he will acquire their land “one way or the other,” despite the fact that Greenland has stated that the people who live there are “incredible.”

During his address to Congress on Tuesday (March 4), President Trump disclosed that Vladimir Putin has sent’strong signals’ to the United States for peace and recounted a letter that he received from the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, in the midst of the current conflict in Europe.
“If you choose, we welcome you into the United States of America,” President Donald Trump stated.
In order to ensure our national security and perhaps our international security, we require Greenland.
Also, we are collaborating with everyone who is involved in an effort to get it. But it is very necessary for the sake of international and global security.

In spite of the fact that he appeared to be providing “the incredible people of Greenland” with the opportunity to “determine [their] own future,” Trump ultimately committed to the following statement: “And I think we’re going to get it – one way or the other, we’re going to get it.”
Last but not least, the president closed his remarks by saying, “We will keep you safe. We are going to make you wealthy.
And by working together, we will take Greenland to heights that you have never before considered to be conceivable.
“It’s a very small population but very, very large piece of land and very, very important for military security.”
Since then, Greenland’s Prime Minister, Mute Egede, has responded to the remarks made by Trump with a ten-word retort that is both quick-witted and humorous.
It was stated by him that “We do not wish to be Americans.” “Greenland belongs to us.”
He continued by saying, “We do not want to be Americans or Danes; we are residents of Greenland.”
“It is imperative that the American people and their leaders comprehend this. It is not possible to simply take us because we are not for sale. In Greenland, we are the ones who will determine our future.

Back in January, after a “fiery” call with Denmark’s Prime Minister — Greenland has been a part of the Danish Kingdom since the 18th century — Trump told the press, “I think we’re going to have it. I think we’re going to have it.” I believe that the people’s desire is to be with us.
“I don’t really know what claim Denmark has to it, but it would be a very unfriendly act if they didn’t allow that to happen because it’s for the protection of the free world. I don’t know what claim Denmark has to it.”

It is my opinion that we will be able to acquire Greenland since it is related to the freedom of the world.
There is no connection between the United States of America and this matter, other than the fact that we are the ones who are able to grant freedom. They are unable to.”
