Officer Ryan Tillman’s Heartwarming Farewell to Don Lugo High School Students
Officer Ryan Tillman, a well-loved school resource officer at Don Lugo High School in California, found a unique way to bid farewell to the students.
School Resource Officer Ryan Tillman made a grand exit by dancing in front of all of the students and staff at Don Lugo High School to announce his departure.
He did this in order to make a memorable and memorable announcement.
Tillman had been employed at the high school for a year and a half, and he had quickly developed a significant affection for his position.

“I had this mindset that everybody just pictures a school resource officer just sitting in his office eating doughnuts and being angry at the kids,” said Tillman.
“But when you get there its so much more than that, you’re so interactive with the kids, you’re a mentor to the kids.”
In recent times, Tillman has been elevated to the rank of Chino Police Corporal.
Tillman stated that they had become like his own children over the course of time, and as a result, he was aware that he needed to do something special for them when he announced that he was departing.
“I wanted to go out with a bang so I was like what better way to go out then with doing a dance,” stated Tillman in response.
Tillman solicited the assistance of the principal and the children’s dancing squad.
Following that, he made his big news during a special assembly on Tuesday, during which he demonstrated his dance talents in front of all of the kids and staff involved.
“I didn’t go out there to get viral, I went out there to just be me,” stated Tillman in response.
Tillman stated that he wanted to demonstrate how much he valued everyone at Don Lugo High School, and he also wanted to cast a good light on the men and women who serve and protect the community during this endeavor.

“Recognize that every officer has a family, every officer has a job to do,” stated Lieutenant Colonel Tillman. “This officer just loves to dance.”
