Maintaining her composure, the hostess shut the trash can and moved away, despite the fact that the young man had spoken in an impolite manner. When Andrew, who was still in a foul mood, started eating some peanuts, he spit them out because he was disgusted by them. In a disrespectful manner, he called for the attendant.

“These peanuts have a terrible flavour! As he hurled the sack at her, he yelled, “Get me something that is more appetising than these nuts!”

The attendant said, “Sir, please calm down and don’t throw things at me.” Though visibly upset, the attendant was polite in her response.

“I’ll do what I like!” Andrew lost his temper. “I am here to serve you,” she said. You should not give me some crappy garbage like these peanuts; instead, you should go and get me something pleasant to eat. Take off now!

Andrew’s behaviour towards the patient stewardess was met with disbelief from the passengers who were watching from a close location.

It was Andrew’s immediate co-passenger, the elderly man whom he had derided earlier, who interrupted his impolite behaviour towards the flight attendant.

“Young man, don’t talk to her like that,” the more experienced human being admonished. “Just because it is her job to serve us does not mean that you have the right to treat her with disdain. It is her job to perform her duties, and so far, she is doing a good job at it. I would really appreciate it if you could be more considerate to her and refrain from yelling at her.
“Why should I be kind to someone who can’t do her job?” By snapping his fingers at the stewardess, Andrew responded to the stewardess. Make haste with my snack, please! It would be rude of you to just stand here and look at me like a statue.

While maintaining her composure, the attendant went away with teary eyes.
The more experienced man observed, “Your parents must be so disappointed in you,” as he returned to his magazine.

“Mind your own business, old man!” Andrew’s response was one of dismissal. “I paid for this flight; I deserve good service.”

Andrew, who was not impressed by the pretzels that the attendant had brought back, slapped the tray against the wall. “I want something better!”
The attendant reacted with tears in her eyes, “That’s all we have, sir,” explaining the situation.

Another passenger, a woman, became aware of Andrew’s harsh comments and approached him as a result of her attention being drawn here. You have no right to speak to her in such a manner. Exhibit some self-respect!

“If she did her job well, I wouldn’t be complaining!” Andrew made a case. “She’s just a terrible servant!”
After being subjected to insults for an extended period of time, the attendant broke down in tears. The violent comments spoken by Andrew reverberated throughout the plane, frightening the passengers via his lack of empathy and regard for them.
Andrew was receiving a glare from the old person who was sitting next to him. “Somebody ought to give you a hiding, young man,” the passenger said. “I’ve been watching you all along, and this is not how you talk to people.”

“I agree,” a different passenger, a man dressed in a nice suit, chimed in from behind Andrew. “I agree.” “You have been exceptionally obnoxious and impolite to her. But I assume you don’t know how to be courteous and respectful, boy. She is doing a good job of what she is supposed to be doing.

Andrew was taken aback by the fact that the voice he heard resonated with him so strongly. When he turned around, his mouth was wide open, and his brow was wrinkled in what appeared to be shock.
“Dad? ” “WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?” he said in astonishment.

“ANDREW??” When Steven, the boy’s father, saw that the young bully who was criticising the flight attendant was none other than his own son, he was just as shocked as the boy himself. A tingling sensation that was both sharp and cold surged across his skin.
As a result of a last-minute delay in the booking, I was forced to board this cheap trip back to New York. While I was preoccupied reviewing the annual report of the company, I was under the impression that I had heard your voice. I find it hard to think that you would be the one to cause a commotion in this place! Steven berated Andrew, who stood still, his jaw clenched shut and his eyes locked on his father. Following their journey, Andrew did so with trepidation as he followed his father, Steven, into their luxury home. He was concerned about the repercussions that were going to be brought about by his actions. In the course of his confrontation, Steven took him to his study.

“You made me so proud today,” Steven said in a mocking tone. Do you think this is the reason I sent you to boarding school? Become irresponsible and disrespectful at the same time?

I am dissatisfied with you, Andrew. The door to the study was slammed shut, and Steven turned to face his son. “Your behaviour needs to change,” he remarked in a commanding tone.
Andrew argued, “I don’t see the big deal, Dad,” and he was right. It’s not like she’s doing something significant or anything! While she was supposed to be serving us, she wasn’t doing a very good job of it!

Andrew, the manner in which she does her duties is not your concern. “Having a lot of money does not give you the right to treat other people poorly,” Steven said while folding his arms across his chest. As for you, son, you are nothing without the support and wealth that I provide! You are in need of a dose of realism.

“What does that mean now?!”
You are not going to go back to the boarding school this time. During the break, you will be attending public school and working for a certain amount of money.

“Do you work? “Are you joking around?” Andrew took a deep breath.
To clarify, I am not joking. You are going to be on the payroll of my cleaning services firm as a caretaker!

“A GARBAGE MAN? Not at all, Dad. I know I can’t do that! Andrew voiced his opposition.

You are unable to make a decision. Everything you have access to, including your bank cards, laptop, car, phone, and even your branded clothing, will be taken away from you. In a resolute declaration, Steven stated, “You will earn your living while wearing simple clothes.”

“I should’ve spent time teaching you some manners instead of only making money after your mother died,” said Steven further. “It is high time that you realised how difficult it is to make it through life in this world. Now is the time, or never…It is imperative that you stop looking down on other people and instead learn to appreciate them.
“But Dad, why would you want a caretaker? Andrew, who was in a troubled state, claimed that his buddies would laugh at him.

“Andrew, this is the result of the activities you have taken. According to Steven’s resolute response, “You need to learn respect.” “And if you quit the job, you’ll lose all privileges!”

Following his defeat, Andrew started working at the airport the following day, feeling ashamed about the fact that he had been hired as a caretaker for his father’s cleaning firm. Basic duties were difficult for him to complete, and he was not even familiar with how to wield a mop.

“What an idiot! This is not the proper way to hold a mopstick, his supervisor, who was an elderly woman, thought to herself.

During the time that he was sweeping and mopping the lounge, Andrew muttered and cursed. It was exhausting for him to lift big buckets of water, and his hip was hurting from the effort. Because the elder woman was always watching over him, he was unable to even get some rest.

During the time that he was cleaning up the trash in the food court, a somebody walking by struck him with an empty plastic bottle.

“Dude, you need to watch it! Do you have the audacity to toss that at me? I heard Andrew yell.

The man, who was wearing headphones, paid him no attention and then went away.

As Andrew pursued him and demanded an explanation, the man slammed him to the ground and referred to him as a “filthy caretaker.” Andrew also demanded an answer.
Andrew was then reprimanded by another man for not putting up a caution sign on the wet floor, which left him in an embarrassing situation where he was surrounded by people who were laughing. After offering his apologies, Andrew pledged to make amends for his error.

A woman who was accompanied by a young youngster approached him just as he was beginning to feel that he could finally rest. Andrew was ordered to clean up the vomit that her grandson had thrown up. “Hey you, caretaker, come here,” she yelled at him.

“WHAT?! ” Do you have a sense of humour, lady? Because I am unable to touch that… Eeew! Absolutely not! The disgust caused Andrew to cringe.

The insistence that she made was, “It is your job, and you must do it.”

“I don’t want to know what my job entails. In no way am I going to touch that item! The smell is so offensive that I feel like throwing up. Andrew voiced his opposition.
“If you don’t clean it now, I’ll report you and get you fired!” she threateningly stated.

Andrew was wishing that he had never witnessed a day like this before. Despite his best efforts, he was unable to locate his assistance anywhere in the vicinity.

Andrew brushed away his tears and, in order to clean up the vomit, he put on gloves. While he was feeling disgusted and helpless, he scrubbed the kitchen floor.

It didn’t get any better for the remainder of the day. Every time Andrew attempted to take a break, his assistant added more responsibilities to his plate. “Give me a break, lady…I’m tired,” he pleaded with her help. I am not a robot; I am a human being. “I have to take a breath.”

The assistant insisted by saying, “We are not here to rest; we are here to work.” “Clear the bins now…Up! Up!”

Andrew, who was exhausted, dragged the trash cans outside and rapidly cleaned the living room inside. Stair climbing for his escalator duties caused him to feel lightheaded. In an effort to take a break, he searched for a place that was quiet and sat down, placing his head in his hands.
At that moment, a woman suddenly kicked him in the back. “Get out of the way, you lazy fool,” she snarled at this person. “I’m going to report you for sleeping on the job.”

Andrew responded, “I was not sleeping,” in response.

“I will see to it that you are terminated. Do you have the audacity to respond to me? She stormed out of the room.

As soon as Andrew realised that this was the lesson that his father had been trying to teach him, tears began to pour out of his eyes. At this point, he had a better understanding of how painful it was to be abused by someone who believed they were superior to him.

At that moment, Andrew was crying into his palms and looking up at the crowd when he noticed a woman’s silhouette in the distance. As soon as he recognised her, he stood up and instantly began to chase after her.

In a loud voice, he yelled out, “Hey there, wait a minute,” while tapping the woman’s sleeve.
As she turned around, she was taken aback to see him holding his knees and panting and puffing as he looked up at the flight attendant whom he had insulted on the plane the day before.

He yelled out, “Hey!”

Do you? Oh, please, not you once more! You are dressed in a cleaner’s outfit; what are you doing here? You have a job here?” In a state of astonishment, she brought her palm to her lips.

The words “I AM SORRY FOR MOCKING YOU THIS DAY!” were spoken by Andrew. “I have been so cruel to you. I made you feel bad. Despite this, you continued to serve me with a grin. Because I am so embarrassed by myself, I solemnly swear that I will never again be impolite to anyone. Could you kindly forgive me, all right?

As a result of the boy’s statements and his abrupt change of heart, the stewardess was completely taken aback.

“I’m glad you’ve realised your mistake,” she remarked with a smile on her face. “But I still don’t understand what you’re doing here.”

In order to complete the job that was outstanding for the day, Andrew grinned and refused to divulge any information before vanishing from the flight attendant’s line of sight.
