I Was in a Coma and Heard My Wife Saying, ‘Our Plan Worked’

Unfortunately, I was involved in an accident and fell into a coma, but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise because my wife and her concubine were the ones responsible for my condition. It was her hope that I would not survive, but I did make it through it alive.
At the same time as I was repeatedly applying the brakes to my vehicle, the thought that kept going through my head was, “Will I die today?” In an effort to go back to my wife Elaine, who had called to inform me that there was an intruder in our house, I had been driving at a fast rate of speed down the highway throughout that time.

When I was driving at a speed of up to 80 kilometres per hour, a young boy with a red hair tripped on the road. I attempted to apply the brakes, but I did not receive any response. In order to avoid colliding with the little boy who had seemingly materialised out of thin air, I swerved sharply, and my vehicle rolled over many times. After that, I lost knowledge of the situation.
At the time that I regained conscious again, I was in a medical facility. Although I was acutely aware of everything that was going on around me, I was unable to open my eyes and I was experiencing pain all over my body. I was also unable to open my eyes. In addition, my mouth remained unresponsive, despite the fact that I attempted to speak as many times as I could.

The only sound I could hear for a considerable amount of time was the beep beep beep of the machines to which I was connected. When the nurses arrived, they took my vital signs and made sure that I was stable. However, once they left, there was nothing I could do, so I continued to try to get my body’s faculties to function properly before they departed.

After a number of hours had passed, I became aware of someone entering my ward. As I attempted to open my eyes once more, I found that nothing was happening. The individual who came had a scent that was recognisable, and when she talked, I was able to affirm that it was my wife.

Even though I was ecstatic, I was unable to express it. It was a terrifying ordeal to go through. Although I was anticipating hearing her cry out at the severity of my injuries, I was surprised to hear her call a number instead. I was taken aback by her statements when the person she had contacted picked up the phone.
She reassured him, “John did not pass away, baby.” “I should have known that the mechanic I paid to tamper with his brakes would do a terrible job.” Despite the fact that I was unable to hear what the other person was saying to Elaine, she responded with a laugh.

“Don’t worry, my dear,” she was adamant. “John is a vegetable right now and the doctor says it is likely he will remain that way.”
I felt betrayed, and I was discouraged by the situation. At that precise moment, I exerted every ounce of my strength in an attempt to get my body to come back to life, but I was unsuccessful. In spite of the fact that my wife left after a few minutes, the influence of what I had learned remained with me.

After an hour had passed, I once again heard the entrance to my ward open, and this time I was able to hear a young child saying something. It was then that he questioned, “Is this the man who saved my life?”
“Yes, he is Arthur,” a different voice, which was an elderly woman, said once more. “Say thank you.”

“Thank you very much, sir,” the young child said without delay. “I hope you get better soon.”

While expressing her gratitude, the woman let out a tearful sob and took hold of my hand. It turned out to be the boy’s mother, and she had come to express her appreciation for the bravery I had displayed. On that particular day, I for the first time felt a tiny bit better.
Possibly out of a sense of remorse, the two continued to come to see me on a daily basis, but it seemed more likely that they were showing their appreciation for me. She washed me and made sure that I kept attractive by removing the stubble that was building on my face.

Every time she arrived, she would bring me a book that she would read to me in her lilting melodic voice. I found myself wishing that I could open my eyes just to see what she looked like. When she had introduced herself to me one day, she had called me Jenna, but I had no idea what her appearance involved.
Every single day was a living hell, with the exception of the times when she visited, during which I found myself falling in love with her. The first day had passed, and my wife had not bothered to come see me even once. I was aware that she was most likely spending the money that I had worked so hard to acquire somewhere else.
Two months later, Jenna and her son came to see me and shared some unfortunate news with me. Due to the fact that they had accumulated some debt, they decided to go to a different location in order to live with her mother. In addition to wishing me a speedy and full recovery, she had come to take her leave.

During the time that she was updating me on her upcoming relocation, my heart broke, and I began to experience actual panic. I hated the idea of her leaving. There was a solitary tear that escaped from my eye. No one could help me.

Upon noticing the teardrop, she immediately went to seek the doctor. The two of them came back together and continued to encourage me to open my eyes. My need to see her was so strong that I eventually gave in and did it.
I found that she was genuinely thrilled when I did it, and as a result, my feelings for her grew stronger. The physician inquired as to whether or not I desired to get in touch with my wife; nevertheless, I informed him that I would like to surprise her. I had a strategy in mind.

I asked the nurse to phone her and let her know that I had passed away one hour after I had woken up. As soon as she heard, she hurried over to verify it, and as soon as she found out that I had been transferred to the mortuary, she quickly pulled out her phone and exclaimed with great enthusiasm, “Our plan worked!”

I had been monitoring her without her knowledge, and as she was hanging up the phone, I made my presence known to her. The fear that she felt caused her to yell out, “Ghost!”
Despite the fact that it was humorous, I did not laugh when I told her that I did not want to have any further interaction with her. Following the disclosure of my decision to divorce her, it became clear that she would not be able to inherit any of my resources.

Additionally, I informed her that I would have her placed in jail if she attempted to cause any further harm to the situation. Her attempt to beg was unsuccessful, and I responded by telling her that I had overheard her phone call on the day that I was admitted to the hospital. That silenced her, and she hurriedly departed, fearing that I would alter my mind about something.

I was able to assist Jenna in paying off her debt, and that was the beginning of our relationship. It is now a pleasure for me to spend time with her and her son Arthur, and we are living together in complete contentment.
